'BridgeCanvasHub was born out of a simple vision: to share true Neapolitan pizza with Paris. Established by the Bianchi clan in 1985, our little pizzeria was originally a humble family venture, with recipes that have been passed down for generations.
Marco Bianchi, our progenitor, mastered the craft of pizza creation while journeying across Italy, learning from venerable pizzaiolos in Naples—where pizza was conceived. After returning to the UK, her ambition was to recreate that distinct Italian pizza magic, employing age-old techniques and the purest of ingredients.
Starting from a quaint 12-seat locale, we have blossomed into a cherished neighborhood gem, though our devotion to excellence and genuineness has persisted steadfast. We proudly maintain wood-fire baking traditions, kneading our dough from scratch every day, and seeking out top-tier ingredients wherever possible.
Nowadays, 'BridgeCanvasHub is still in the hands of its founding family, with the next Bianchi generation at the helm of our enthusiastic crew. While adopting a few contemporary enhancements, the core of our operations remains intact: preparing savory, authentic pizza that unites our community.
